WPC 80 CFM INSTANT NATURAL is an instant (very easy to dissolve) protein concentrate that has been derived from whey using the CFM microfiltration method (Cross-Flow Microfiltration). Ingesting this high-quality source of protein will aid muscle mass growth and maintenance in situations when there is a risk of catabolism.

Recommended dosage:

• depends on body weight, athletic activity levels, and diet composition
• we recommend dividing the daily dosage (30 to 90 g) into 1 to 3 portions of 30 g each
• mix 30 g (1 portion) into 150 to 200 ml of water or skim milk
