Main effects of L-glutamine:

L-glutamine is a non-essential amino acid which is present in abundance in the muscle tissue. During an intensive physical exercise need of this substance fast increases (up to five times in comparison with rest need) what is a reason to replenish.

Suggested use:

  • 5000 mg (one teaspoon) after the training and before bed-time
  • performance athletes or individuals with higher ratio of muscle mass may add one dose during the day or use 7 500 mg at once – 1,5 teaspoon
